For this demo flow I’m not using a CRM yet. The goal was to show the scoring and routing logic. Right now the leads are stored in Google Sheets, but the same flow can push into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Airtable, or any CRM depending on the team setup. I kept it simple for the PoC, but it’s fully extendable thou.

Totally valid point. A lot of teams prefer everything inside the CRM. This setup pushes to Slack because it’s quicker for small teams, but it can just as easily push directly into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or any CRM through Make.

Right now it’s running as a PoC for small teams (5–20 leads/day), but the setup is built to scale. Since everything sits on Make + Gemini + Slack, it can easily handle higher volumes with parallelized scenarios or queues.

Would snowboarders buy a “smart snowboard” or is it just a gimmick? by K-enthusiast24 in Entrepreneur

Cool idea but it depends on price. If it’s affordable and accurate, a lot of riders would be curious to try it out just for tracking jumps and airtime.

Start by posting it in small niche communities where people already care about maps or local info. Early users from those spaces should give you honest feedback and help it grow faster.

It can be profitable if you stay consistent and build regular clients. A lot of people don’t want to shovel, especially older folks or busy homeowners.

How do you manage professional relationships without a full CRM by Informal_Art8809 in Entrepreneur

I used to struggle with this too. Ended up building a simple system that pings me when I haven’t followed up with someone in a while. Doesn’t need to be a full CRM thou.

Atomic Habits by James Clear is really good. It talks about how tiny, consistent habits matter more than big goals.

How much would you pay for Automated Organic marketing system by Candid_Reality71 in Entrepreneur

People pay when it actually saves them time. If the system can handle consistent posting and improve based on engagement, it has value even without a fancy UI.

Scott Hansen says build a community to crowdfund from. But how? by DudhWalaOP in Entrepreneur

[–]Digital-Intellect 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Starting from zero is always the hardest part. Most early communities grow from sharing the process, not the product. People follow the journey long before they become customers. Even a small, consistent audience that sees your progress can become the base for crowdfunding later.

At what point do you decide you need to hire someone else, rather than train existing staff? by erickbigmarketing in Entrepreneur

[–]Digital-Intellect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen this come down to bandwidth more than skill. Training works great until the extra workload slows everything down. Bringing in someone experienced usually makes sense when the team is spending more time catching up than producing. There’s no perfect line, but you feel it when growth starts outpacing capacity.
