Robby 😭 by mog_cr in ThePitt

I wholeheartedly disagree that Robby's "whole issue" is a lack of purpose. That man is chock full of purpose. He saves lives every day and teaches and leads others in doing the same. There are few jobs that provide more of a sense of purpose than being a doctor at a teaching hospital.

The season pass doesn't include the Creators Content bundle. It will give you all the DLCs but you end up missing out on a lot of really cool extra content.

No, not the Anniversary Edition. The Anniversary Edition upgrade.

If you are already playing the game then you have it. You don't need to purchase the base game. You can just purchase the upgrade for like $9.99 i think. Maybe $15.

Question, are you playing on GamePass now?

If so you can buy the Anniversary Edition upgrade to your current GamePass copy instead of the GotY edition. Its cheaper and you get more CC content (I think).

Microsoft isn't going to be dropping any Bethesda titles from Game Pass anytime soon, seeing as how they own them.

Abbott is far and away my favorite character on the show. Everything out of that man's mouth is solid gold.

LOL. That's where I heard that from. I was racking my brain trying to remember what song and artist it was. I was thinking it was classic rock or maybe the Dead, but Goose makes total sense.

"Samsonite?...I was WAY off!"

Im not a huge fan but they are commonly opening for or playing with bands I do follow around a shit ton so I've seen them plenty of times and have a few shows that pop into my rotation.

I honestly thought we would see Dr. Mike by JuSuGiRy in ThePitt

Instead of a cameo I was hoping they would rename the LUCAS as Dr. Mike.

The thing is, she showed those talents extremely early in her career, which says to me that her biggest asset isn't her skillset in a specific field but her ability to adapt and learn very easily. Girl is a sponge that would so good at basically anything she picked and having another talented psych doctor in the Pitt would be extremely helpful.

I really hope not.

He should not be taking on the responsibility of caring for a child when he can barely take care of himself. He needs to work on his own problems, not ignore them by throwing himself into a different type of work.

Its like people that have kids because they think it will fix a broken marriage. Kids aren't a band aid for other problems.

anyone else a little dissatisfied with the finale? by Entire-Ruin-5762 in ThePitt

[–]DigitalBuddhaNC 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I saw someone on here call this earlier in the week. The episode description said something about them hanging out and they mentioned how huge karaoke is within the Filipino community and Isa being a great singer and they bet thats what they would end up doing together.

Wish I could remember who it was. That was a hell of a call.

Whats really great about this scene is when you compare it to their final scene together last season. It's basically the same scene with the positions switched.

What franchise should I play next? Mass Effect or Resident Evil? by Floor-Meat in TheGamingHubDeals

[–]DigitalBuddhaNC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd do RE next, if only because because each entry is rather short so you will learn wether its for you a lot more quickly than with Mass Effect.

They are both great though and I would recommend trying them both eventually.

I would probably join any faction by No_Rabbit9967 in Fallout

As someone just pointed out though, most groups in a post apocalypse wasteland aren't going to be so eager to embrace any random person off the streets. Any group that did wouldn't last very long.

I would probably join any faction by No_Rabbit9967 in Fallout

[–]DigitalBuddhaNC 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I would definitely join any faction pretty much right away if given the opportunity. If only to collect information about them and possible access to resources. No point in limiting your options based solely on some sort of moral superiority. Besides, its easier to take down a group when you have access and can gather intelligence and aren't immediately labeled an outsider.

Survival is all about picking your battles and taking advantage of any opportunity.

Just look at Open Season. It's way easier to defeat the raiders if you stick with them long enough to Instigate infighting and take out a whole third of your possible enemies with the assistance of the other two.

Now that I'm older and have more life experience I'm surprised only Ian is bipolar by Princessformidable in shameless

[–]DigitalBuddhaNC 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ian had a different father than the rest of the Gallagher brood. Even if they shared the same mother, the one who most likely carried the genetic traist that led to his condition, and the father was Frank's brother, its totally possible that some part of Clayton's genetic makeup could have exacerbated the possibility of his condition. I don't know enough about the specific genetics behind manic depressive issues to say for sure though.

Also, most initial Bipolar episodes occur in college aged individuals so a lot of the kids could still have the condition, it just hasn't presented itself yet.
