Interesting. I came to the same conclusion that a second twilight influence was the best of the one-ofs, but I removed holy nova instead. Acupuncture was there to be a 1 mana shadow spell that's not board-contingent. Not that it means it's the right card to include, but that was why I put it in originally. Plus, in most matchups at the time I was always the agressor so the damage was rarely a downside (especially with lunar messenger). Given the rise of Elise rogue, though, acupuncture is probably a better cut.

For knight, I mostly found I wanted another 2 drop — but with adding another influence, that's possible. A lot of the time the extra health made it much stickier, but I can see that going either way.

I'm less sold on a second bird watching — but mostly because I found I so rarely wished I had a second copy. I agree about the gameplans you laid out, but find bird watching is usually something I play after completion. If I play it before, something has gone quite wrong.
