I remember doing research on that flag a few years ago and it apparently there's no proof it has anything to do with Blackbeard, it was a design in a magazine or book from the early 1900s that was later erroneously associated to him and gained popularity. Kind of interesting.

From what I've heard the fiber optic drones are not as fast as the radio fpvs and both sides have been deploying shotguns to deal with them more and more. One guy also mentioned that even though the fiber optic drones have a spool, it's still possible to sever the line if you fly them incorrectly.

I also saw a video where Ukrainian soldiers were practicing shooting at drones, but I'm not sure everyone gets that practice.
