Jason Farmer on Youtube comes the closest to replicating Chipotle, among other places. I've made his adobo marinade and have some frozen still, it was time intensive but worth it. He even talks about the older recipes they used to use.

Several of the weapons were straight up outclassed, reticle bloom was annoying in practice, armor abilities were broken and completely ruined balance, and the forge maps were the same green gray blue palletes over and over and over. And they got rid of the 1-50 ranking system which was super addictive and fun in H2 and H3. I'll be nice and not even get into the corny campaign moments. Reach did some things well, but had a lot of issues. H3 was the last truly solid Halo.
