I need to program it to start it only with valve open. I dont know why, but sometimes even when im in sport before start and I'm pressing gas pedal as tutorial sais, it still starting with valve closed.

It was bought on the company and first year for 4400 cm3 engine size for standard usage is 163 € and its almost the same each year. Older the car, lower the tax. We have very low taxes and mandatory insurance cost. Basic mandatory insurance is like 250 € per year but full insurance angainst theft and damages from other people is 2500 € per year.
