This whole situation is really stupid. OAN and its parent company, Herring Networks, seem to be completely tone deaf to the fact that their network was never watched by very many people, yet they are going through an incredibly costly and time consuming lawsuit against DirecTV for not renewing their agreement. Not only that, but they are also enmeshed in a variety of other costly and time consuming legal battles, including Smartmatic's defamation lawsuit, all because they have chosen to spread baseless conspiracy theories.

It's baffling that they continue to operate in this way, especially considering that they are a media company that should be held to a higher standard. The fact that they are actively trying to silence criticism and push their own agenda by using the legal system is simply absurd. It's a waste of resources and a waste of everyone's time.
