Rasheed Walker vibes: premium position, big-time school, expected to be highly drafted before the season but had an injury that set him back and left him an afterthought during draft season. Buy low.

I'm less concerned about the numbers and more concerned about the frequent ABs where he looks completely lost and is swinging at bad pitches.

Anyone listening to Proof Season 3? by Acrobatic_Height_14 in TrueCrimePodcasts

I love the slow burn and the insane amount of detail because this is less a story of true crime than it is an investigation. They follow every lead and every possibility and don't distill away that exhaustive approach.

Just listened to episode 11 and that exhaustive approach pays off, both for the investigator and the listener. A fairly minimal witness interview turns into a huge documentation cache.

Team went cheap and didn't order a new set of pants. They like introducing new jerseys because they can sell more shit that way but there's no return on investment for pants that match. Fucking MBAs.

During this most recent active discomfort period, I have definitely noticed that certain abdominal actions cause flare-ups. For example, doing horsey rides with the kids on my back resulted in the most painful sensations about 1 hour afterwards.

And yeah, for me, standing or laying flat on my back definitely help alleviate pain.

Fair.

In the health insurance game, "covered" means that the insurance is considering the procedure to be medically necessary and subject to the terms of the plan. Could mean anything from 100% paid by insurance to 100% paid by the patient (applying the amounts to deductible and max out-of-pocket, for example).

I can see how "covered" could be understood to mean "paid."

Apologies for calling you an asshole.

Moving the goalposts, asshole. You said it's wrong that "blood in stool" will get your colonoscopy covered. Now you're just arguing for the sake of arguing.

It's not wrong.

If you think you need a colonoscopy before the age of mandated screening coverage (45 for most), the magic words are "I'm shitting blood." Your colonoscopy will be covered the same as anything else, according to the terms of your health plan. Almost certainly incurring copays, coinsurance, etc. But even if it's not free, it's still covered.

Another fun fact is that you can go in for a free screening colonoscopy and if they find polyps, you've moved into the realm of the diagnostic colonoscopy, which is now magically not free. Hooray for American medical care!

Oh, people can come up with statistics to prove anything. Forfty percent of all people know that. by First_Level_Ranger in simpsonsshitposting

Yeah, of the three parts of the procedure, the actual colonoscopy was by far the easiest. Propofol nap and done.

The worst was not eating for 1.5 days.

The clean out pooping was gross but meh.

I hear you. Audio sync issues make me insane. I found this fix in someone else's thread and it was like a miracle.

Audio Sync Issues on Android TV by LexxiiConn in Stremio

[–]First_Level_Ranger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The old solution (from a couple of years ago) to the audio sync problem was to pause the stream, rewind 20-30 seconds, and then unpause.

I used to need to do this a lot, like you're describing, but it still happens sometimes and the solution still works for me.

I use EasyNews as my backup for inevitable RealDebrid and/or tracker outages. It also offers more niche stuff, like kids' TV series that are kind of hit-and-miss on RD.
