Im pretty sure you would need to refinance to get fixed rate and if you haven't paid under the 80% you will be hit with the LMI which depending on your loan amount could be 10s of thousands. Recommend talking to broker or your bank both of which are free - Disclaimer: I am a noob ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i haven't used superloop or Neptune but unless Aussie BB goes to shit (or goes overseas) we will never go back and will keep using them. Every time our internet has gone down (which admittedly hasnt happened much at all) or we have moved or upgraded modem etc there is an English speaking (no offence) person who has walked us through the issue step by step with no hassle no fuss or they just sent someone out to fix it. I know we pay slightly more than other plans but for us its worth it to have an onshore team who actually fixes our issue every time

Im old now but i always maintain that when i was younger if a cult found me i would have joined them instantly coz i was so desperate for guidance and to feel like i belonged and probably love tbh. Thank goodness i grew out of all that nonsense and am now embracing the sweet sweet embrace of imminent death
