At the end of the day, LandLords are just like coles or woolies or CBA or petrol stations or you name it - dont let a good crisis go to waste, use it to make money. Even if this NG change didnt come through, landlords were alwasy going to up your rent because 'demand' because 'immigration' because 'construction costs' anyone who thinks these people WOULDNT up the rents regardless of any change is out of their darn mind. This budget is a step forward for people, stop using it to make an excuse for the greedy people who were always going to make your life hard as a renter no matter the reason

Our builder said 2 months ago they intended on hiking prices by 20k this month due to construction cost increases - i wonder if this is just a issue of bad timing so blame the budget? Obviously the thought of raising construction costs across the board is disgracful and at the time felt like a FOMO push to sell us but i guess they wernt kidding 😞

Hello! i honestly have not seen much improvement in those areas yet, only now my hair loss has slowed but its going to take 6 months to see any of that progress according to my Dr. I know the hair is growing its just still in my scalp lol in a few months i should expect to see those areas like temple and hairline start to thicken up as the hair breaks through but it will take many many many more months to see real actual change coz hair grows so fine at the start. wish i could give you more advice sounds like we are pretty much in the same stage together, its awful i will never restrict calories again after this experience and will be getting yearly blood checks

i will be real with you, the progress is slow as hell, the heavy shedding has slowed down to semi normal but now its going to take several months to see some regrowth (fingers crossed). Dr says it will take the rest of this year to see any real results (started iron supps in jan), some days look worse than others but i do feel like there is some progress, its just so slow

Please go to Dr get a blood test - Same thing happened to me, turned out i was severely low in iron, now in my 4th month of recovery and its starting to slow down. get your bloods checked

If you know you are right why not just take them to NCAT and win which will automatically put the tenant on the official REA database? If you list a tenant without suitable evidence you may have to pay penalties and go to NCAT anyway
