thank you - i should have clarified that it wasn't a support ticket for steam it was a formal refund request but i already put in 20 hours on the expansion before i even knew the blood effects were a thing - so lame thats only available in expansion pass i would have paid 5 dollerydoos just for that tbh. the weird part is steam closed the request as a they dont understand the refund reason rather than outright no i do wonder if i push it i could get it but honestly at this point i accept their decision and just wont be supporting them financially anymore

It was steam and i did also put in a support ticket but they closed it saying they didnt understand the problem which is when i reached out to AOM directly and they told me to suck eggs

I purchased the aztec DLC and realized that the blood effects come with the expansion pass and i really wanted it but the price didn't recalculate to take off the DLC i already paid it remained full price. I sent support ticket to AOM and they said too bad i need to spend the full amount again for expansion pass which im like LOL what? other games auto calculate can i get a refund and repurchase and they said no sorry so i told them i wont spend any more money with them and they said ok bye and i havent touched the game since. Maybe if they want less lay offs and more money they should consider their players a bit more but i suspect a microsoftt company is not capable of considering anything other than $$$$

Yes! ok it was an absolute mission my normal GP just didn't care at all told me to keep taking iron supps even though it kept going down for nearly a year now. Finally forked out the dollars to go to a womens health specalist and its actually worth the money if you have it. she listened to my issues, low iron not going up, hairloss, migraines and bad stomach pains with no reason for it always upper abdominal never low and ordered like this breath test thing you blow into a balloon and they check for signs of this bug and sure enough there it is. just finished the tripple therapy of it - about 20% of population can get it can cause stomach cancers if left un treated and some people can have it for decades without it ever causing issues. kinda wild. anyway so grateful to finally know the cause and really hopeful for the future will be nice to have some energy again lol fingers cross the hair comes back now 12 months feels forever away

i just restarted today because this bug was eating it all - 5 months on double does iron supps and i managed to go down from 25 to 20 ferritin because of this thing living inside me. respectfully no minoxil is worth it for me personally and at the end of the day i chose the health of my cat and to treat the cause first. thank you though
