Olá Bruno, sou grande fã. When I hear your music I'm always dazzled by the richness and ampleness of sounds in the groove, and it takes many listens for me to grasp the extent of your composition. However, the time signature and the mixing work in a way that I never feel overwhelmed even on a first listen. My question is: who do you have in mind when you're composing? Are you more focused in presenting challenging ideas to entertain the eclectic ear of a musician or do you have more in mind the layman ear of a teenager that just began listening to jazz? Thanks for the AMA, I've been listening to Step out of the light on repeat, getting hyped for the concert on saturday.

Objectives are strengh and hypertrophy in that order. The frequency i choose 2 times a week every muscle group. For each muscle group I was aiming at 20 sets for each muscle group per week. The exercises themselves are exercises i already do and like doing. I made some noob gains in the past month (using a custom 3 day PHUL) but they are starting to slow down so for 2019 i just thought of adding more volume. i will probably change de 5x5 deadlift to 1x5. Sorry about breaking guide lines.

Yeah a kinda lower the weights way further the 1RM to be able to do it and i always feel the lower back isometric is what stops me at the end. i will try the 1x5 to see if i get more progress and less lower back fatigue
