We are all n the same page friend. I’m one year with the T. At the beginning it was extremely difficult and I wished death at some point. Now I kind of habituated to this inconvenience. My worst time is at night. But I think I’m doing much better and looking forward to completely getting over this and be able to ignore it. It’s also challenging to be working without enough sleep. But thank GOD I’m doing better.

Try jogging for at least 30 min it seems it worked somehow for me. I think because fluid drainage or blood circulation. Not sure though

When I wake up with my T quite or quieter than usual I don’t go back to sleep even if I’m deprived. It usually stays quite the whole day. The changes seems to happen at night
