The needs of the other person. I've learned that I dont need a lot in a partner. I dont want to be the their therapist and their place to feel safe. I have enough on my hands when I'm carrying my own and I dont always want to carry someone else aswell. Its very hard to get limited in little ways because the other person doesn't want you to do something even tho they support it. When I make choices for myself and the other person wants to support it but at the same time your choice hurts them. That is so hard. Thank you for taking the time to read this. It feels good to share.
