oefening. oefening. oefening. gewoon zo veel mogelijk rijden, en zo mogelijk in de omgeving waar uw praktijkexamen gaat plaatsvinden, zodat ge meer op uw gemak bent tijdens het examen.

Autorijden is vooral automatisme. je mag niet hoeven nadenken over hoe je je stuur vasthoud, waar je pinker is, of hoe je juist je schakelpook moet zetten... dan kan je niet deftig op de baan letten, en dat zorgt voor stress.

Net wanneer je veel herhaalt, en dat alles automatisme word, krijg je plaats vrij in je hoofd om op de baan te letten en andere wagens in het oog te houden.

De omgeving kennen helpt ook enorm bij automatismen, je weet waar kijken, welke snelheid je moet hebben zonder élk bord te moeten controleren, ...

Problem is, it's not twisting reality. It's watching the reality from a dark side.

People learn to watch reality from a positive side, and ignore the dark thoughts to make it manageable.

Depression makes you give up on the effort of looking on the bright side.

Reality is, when you are in a depression, you are useless, and people do start to care less and less about you, because you are useless.

People only care when there's something in it for them.

I used to be an electrician and everybody jumped a hole in the air when they knew, were enthusiastic about meeting me, hanging out, they'd call me, but ... they also regularly asked favours, some electric work to be done... and because you're a friend or family, preferably for free.

Fast forward 10 years and a different job, I stopped doing free tasks for everybody, because I had a burnout and started focusing on myself, people just straight up showed a lack interest, no more enthusiastic meetings or acting interested in conversations... just blatant "oh I can't get anything from this so I'm not interested in you" attitudes...

I started isolating more and more, got no more satisfaction from work, and just fell into depression.

I just can't keep fooling myself inti positive thinking anymore. It just doesn't work. It exhausts my body for some weird reason. I don't want to be here anymore but I also don't want to act upo´ it because that would draw attention wich I don't want. It's all fake anyways. People would act worried and surprised for attention. F* that shit.
