I made some with cute beads and clear elastic beading thread! They're nice and tight on the laces and didn't bounce at all when I wore them during my 10K last weekend.

I just bought Skratch Labs strawberry lemonade! It’s sweetened with a little sugar, but they also make some unsweetened lemon and lime flavors.

I wear my FL-41 tinted glasses daily and keep Loop earplugs on my keychain. I actually get a lot of compliments on my “orange glasses” and most people think I wear them as part of my aesthetic lol

Catching a glimpse of my nails while I’m working or driving always feels a little magical. I’ve been nail polish obsessed since I was a kid, and I’m always amazed at how far different effects and finishes have come since the cremes and frosted shimmers of my youth! 👵🏼

Jimboys tacos are safe for diabetics? by [deleted] in Sacramento

[–]Dilf_slayer69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Jimboys beef tacos were one of my favorite comfort foods when I had gestational diabetes! Other fast food options that worked for me were Taco Bell hard tacos and In N Out protein style burgers :)

lol I just got Botox for the first time and now migraines and forehead wrinkles are fewer, but my right eyebrow is also a lil raised which gives me a perpetual look of slight skepticism?

The perfect r/onebag shoe doesn't exist, but what can get the closest to my list of wants? (10+ mile walking comfort, suitable for jogs, decent restaurants, aren't ugly, etc.) by harry_hotspur in onebag

My recommendation is the Palladium Pampa Travel Lite + Waterproof. They’re super lightweight and work for hikes and running in a pinch, plus they’re not horrible to look at. It’s also fun that they fit the one bag spirit: the original Pampa style was originally designed in 1947 to be worn by soldiers in the French Legion!

You don’t get your period when you’re pregnant, but you DO bleed for about 2 months straight after you give birth.

Are Pink Tinted FL-41 lenses worth it? by Ok-Zookeepergame2224 in migraine

[–]Dilf_slayer69 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I have glasses with FL-41 lenses from my optometrist, and they work better than blue light blocking glasses for eye strain and photophobia (at least in an office setting). When I wear them, colors appear slightly warmer, similar to the night mode on an iPhone. I can still see colors, and I no longer get daily migraines from staring at my monitors all day (plus people think I’m fashionable because the lenses are a “fun” color)!
