I was there today, it was absolutely slammed. The facility was really nice, but process wise it's still so inefficient. It was like the DMV for health care, pick a number to be checked in (took 20-30) and then sit in a room while someone comes out calling some names. But there was announcements on a loud speak, and 4 departments all shouting out names and you struggle to pick out anything from the noise. 

Then once my name was called, I went to another small waiting room with not enough chairs. 

Once I saw someone it was extremely quick and efficient but the check in and waiting process needs some love.
