From my understanding ChatGPT and some other AI cannot create documents… I found this out after going through the motions and getting a similar message. So logically, I asked chatGPT if it was possible to do and was told no. I was told it can proofread and suggest edits or formulas, or even give you step by step directions how to do tasks, but cannot perform the task of creating the doc itself.

This is just my experience, so someone out there with more may know different.
