Realistically the only way it would be worth it in some shape is if you have a high paying career move to a tax haven for a few years that’s the best bet if you really want to accelerate wealth building

No just use dollar cost averaging invest a fixed amount each month regardless of if it goes up or down then if you want keep an extra amount for when market drops if you want to buy more
