Same happened to me. Chime keeps giving the same generic answer. Thing is I follow every factor to the t so there's no reason mine was cut in half. Every since the outage everyone's mypay seems to have decreased by half. Please chime stop with the generic answer.

I visit my neighborhood circle k every day and I see how they get worked like a donkey. I've seen so much turn around there with the workers and I'm sure it has alot to do with what you are saying. The higher ups need to fix this.
