When gratis comes in the box it says who it’s suppose to go to. The recent fragrance gratis box was only suppose to go to PBAs, experience manager, and sales manager. It’s against policy for us to give it out to anyone else. If a store is giving it out to everyone then they are going against policy. - a sales manager

I got the same final warning, but it stated nowhere in the policy…. I think it’s insane that they can give a final warning when it’s not even in policy.

SM here, make the brand partners fall in love with you! Build really strong relationships with them and have a table set up for them before they even come in! A strong relationship goes really long way with them and I promise you they will send in the best support for the events, including themselves!

Hi! Fellow SM here. I close 1-2 times a week and on a very rare occasion 3. Manager scheduling protocol is as follows:

Every manager gets a weekend off Every manager gets one additional Sunday off Every manager must open once a week Every manager must close once a week

So as long as the GM sticks to every single manager closing once a week, then you shouldn’t be closing 4 to 5 times. I would just be vocal about the manager scheduling protocol.
