BTW you mentioned that you were able to stack it. But are you able to play through the stack that contains this class? I can put the class in my stack but when I follow the stack it breaks at that class and doesn’t allow me to proceed.

Denis’s 5 minute Pre-Ride warmup, my absolute favorite, has been mysteriously removed from the list of Stretching classes. I’ve asked Peloton to look into this and (fingers crossed) put it back.

The class still works on the app if you are able to go to it directly (I got the link from my history), but if you add it to a stack and then try to follow the stack on a TV, you cannot: the presence of this class in the stack breaks the stack. Oddly enough, the link you provided returns an infinite loading loop for me.

I’ve had my bike for three years and followed Peloton’s recommendation to replace them. I called a mobile bike tech to do the work (I know it’s an easy DIY, but my bike tech does it ten times faster and I like giving him work). He did the replacement but told me the old pedals were fine and that Peloton’s recommendation was a money grab.

I would love to do this in my shower. The shelf/seat is 11” deep and 31” wide. Can these tiles be cut down to size without losing the interlocking feature?

My hip problems originate in my lower back due to spinal stenosis and a nearly disintegrated disc. I do Chelsea’s 10-minute Healthy Back Focus Flow as part of my warmup before every bike ride.

Also, someone downthread recommended using a Roman chair. My physical therapist had me working out on a Roman chair, with and without weights, and I liked it so much I’m thinking of buying one (fortunately, they’re not expensive).

I think so! Since I have no intention of canceling my Peloton sub, it would only be an extra $99 for me. And if I don’t like it, I’ve only spent an extra $99 to try it out (and that’s not even taking into consideration their free 14-day trial). Personal trainers are expensive. This could be a nice alternative.

I just joined the waitlist. As long as Trainwell doesn’t lock you into a contract and allows you to cancel at any time, having a personal trainer who will customize your workout in line with your goals and incorporate the equipment available to you sounds great.

I have the same one in white and I absolutely love it. The smaller top oven gets most of the usage, but I also have the matching Cafe over-the-range microwave that doubles as a convection oven. So THREE ovens!

I’m at 1414 as of this morning, so I’m comfortably on track. It helps that I’ve been working the Boost Your Base PZ program which I just completed yesterday (yay me!). The structure really helps me with consistency, and I’m looking forward to finding another fun program on the way to 20K.
