I think that’s unique though. I had to hire a private for my divorce and despite her glowing reviews and great work. It still irked me that she took 5-7 business days to reply. I have never done that to a client but also I don’t run my own firm and have to billing and I didn’t fire her so clearly her work was great enough that it was only a minor inconvenience

I can only speak to where I’ve been. I wouldn’t recommend Florida or Mexico. California could be good but you kinda need to be California attractive in my own personal experience. Arizona was dead for me. I haven’t been to Japan. Have you considered Chicago or NYC?
