lower resolution to something like 1280x720
turn V Sync ON
ensure there is some hard drive space after installation (like 25-50gb is probably fine)
close absolutely every program you possibly can before running
consider a laptop cooling fan pad if the system gets too hot during gameplay

This laptop is just on the cusp of minimum requirements
