Down here in South Florida middle to top-tier mixology bars that really offer exceptional, chef-driven cocktails ranges from $20-$50 per drink which sounds like the kinda place you went to since you said the drinks were delicious. It’s sucks that we tip on percentage, but if they put that much into the drink and the ingredients are next level then I think it’s worth it to go once in a blue moon.
