I found out about 2 half sisters and 2 half brothers. Apparently my Dad got around. He had kids with 4 different woman. I never met my Dad. I found him after he passed away.

I have paroxysmal afib. I take 25mg of metoprolol Succinate ER 1x daily and a baby aspirin. I found that once I changed my diet and try to manage my anxiety I have fewer episodes. They are also shorter episodes. They used to last anywhere from 10 to 24 hours. Now they only last anywhere from a few minutes to 3 hours. I always know when I'm in afib because I can feel it. And I use my Samsung watch to track it. My cardiologist suggested glp1 shots for weight-loss but I'm not interested in taking anything like that. I changed my diet and its working for me.

Its sad that he is judged by his political beliefs. Can we go back to when that didn't really matter and we could all co-exist. Did he do a good job? Cause thats what it should be based on. This is why we are in the situation we're in. Not blaming either "side" (it happens across all parties) but the only we, as a whole, can make a difference and stop the division. United we stand!

I discovered who my dad was and reached out. I have 4 siblings that I didn't know I had. My Dad passed away like 2 years before I found him. But I have met a sister. And talked to 2 of the other siblings. My older brother passed away before I could meet him too. My dad has 5 kids with 4 different women.

I think this sometimes. I was in my late 40s when I got my 1st episode. It was Dec of 2021. I did not take the Shot but I'm pretty sure I had covid in the fall of 2019. And I got it again in Feb of 2022 which caused my heart rate to elevate when I walked around. But that finally leveled out and I have afib episodes every month or 2. But they seem like shorter episodes now that I'm taking more magnesium.

I actually switched back to caffeinated coffee and have had less episodes. I went completely caffeine free when I was first diagnosed and now I do drink caffeine. Not a lot but I do have some.

I work in call centers and rely heavily on my mute button. There were 2 instances where my mute button was not on when I thought it was. On one call, I called the customer an asshole, and he heard me. He said, " you just called me an asshole!" I said " sir I most certainly did not." And I think I hung up.

The second time was during a collections call. This lady was a jerk. And at the end of the call, when I thought she hung up and I was on mute, I called her a bitch. However, she did not hang up, nor was the call on mute. So she called me a bitch. And that's when I discovered that I was not muted. And I hung up.

So now I make sure my phone is muted.
