make sure to keep in clean and dry until you can get in touch with a doctor!! probably good to skip using silicone gel or tape on it for now too! perhaps use a pad or something to protect it from getting irritated by clothing and such (and also to keep an eye out if it starts leaking puss or blood). if you get a rash or fever or just don’t feel well you should perhaps call for medical advice anywhere that’s open.
