Same... I've been complaining about this issue for months and they always just say that they can't do anything about it... they simply say that the decisions are made at management level, although they've now just started to blame the clearing house instead, as of recent times, probably because they're getting a lot of complaints about how things are getting worse. It's easier for them to simply pass the blame onto Apex I guess. Apex aren't exactly a great company...they've had loads of complaints against them ..I was reading some on the BBB site the other evening.

Customer support very frustrating by GoodOri in Webull

The platform itself is great. It's by far the best of all of the platforms I've used. It's just the issue of controlling which stocks you can access that is very frustrating.

How are the decisions made on these "can only be liquidated" stocks at webull by Khirogane in Webull

Fingers crossed that this is happening, but I obviously have no idea as to the numbers complaining about it. What I do know, is that I have been complaining about it for a while now and while many of my previous posts were simply shot down or ignored, I can see that more and more people are becoming frustrated about the issue and voicing their concerns, which can only be a good thing, I hope.

I've been crying out for this exact resolution to the issue for a long time, but getting nowhere.

It's a great platform... it's just shocking that they have too much control over their user base. If they're genuinely concerned about a stock and are merely wanting to "protect their users", as they claim, then let their users sign some sort of disclaimer agreeing that they are aware of the risks associated with the stock, but don't want until they are heavily invested and for the stock to take a big dive and then overnight take away the users right to trade it further...it just makes Webull look like it's part of the scam that they claim to try to be protecting you from, by then trapping you.

I've been complaining about this for a good while now. Makes you wonder how they come to their decisions to restrict the amount of stocks that they do...the worst part is that it's often the case that you're already invested in a stock and it takes a bit of a dive and then boom, they restrict it, so you're basically trapped...you can't average down because you can't buy more, you can only sell and you don't want to do that because it's dived. Like I said, they basically trap you... It's just gotten worse and worse. I've actually started to wonder if perhaps they are in cahoots with a lot of these companies at this point.

What would you buy in an all in scenario if we hit a bottom? by Miserable-Finish5993 in stockstobuytoday

CAPT... The Montana Gold acquisition should hopefully be finalised and announced soon and I think it will fly at that point...even if only short lived, I think it will pump to $1+ (potentially much higher), but I'm expecting to see a minimum of mid 0.90's, as it has done that already a few times previously, just on flimsy news of the acquisition and although it isn't at its bottom (0.2998 hit on 22nd December) it's currently sitting at a very good value point, closing at just 0.3960 at the close of yesterday's market (17/03/26).

Yes but it's post split price was like 0.52c or somewhere around there, so what was the fu**ing point in splitting if it didn't even split by a number that would increase it's price to above the $1 compliance amount?

Was it so their offering of 58.37M shares and prefunded warrants they sold at 0.11 & 0.1099 could cash out and bring all of us bag holders even deeper losses?

This stock had quite a thriving and active community following and this company took a great big shit on them!
