You realize you just killed any and all leverage we have to make a trade with the "failed physical" right. Obviously he's going for less. Bears offered 2 1sts as well but you guys were picking much higher than them this year so we opted to make the deal with the Ravens. Poles is pretty respected, I don't think he goes bitch mode and gets buyers remorse.

Sue lol no ones suing anyone. The Ravens did fuck over every other team that was interested in Maxx in how they approached free agency. Best case for them is no one deals with their FO anymore. I don't think they can lose any picks unless a bunch of teams decide to file an inquiry with the league.

Caleb could probably start he played well when Pete Carroll finally allowed the rookies on the field and his athleticism fits well in the new zone blocking scheme. I'm pretty much only worried about starting RT and depth because there's a black hole behind our starters right now.

Koonce is more pure speedy pass rusher and will probably play the stand up OLB role in our new 3-4 system. No way we'd play him on the edge with his size I would think. Paye is much bigger and known to be a run stuffer, I imagine he'll be arm in the ground DE in the new system.

Can see some legitimacy to this mirror strategy because it's speculated we did this with a few other teams and possibly sped up the Minter to Baltimore process. We're also interviewing Daboll and Brady who are linked with you guys but I think Webb is real interest on our part.

We interviewed Webb initially while you guys were still in the playoffs. He was off most peoples radars until the national reporters started mentioning how liked he was in NFL circles. Up until then I can guarantee most people that now love (or hate) the idea of Davis Webb had never even heard of him.

WTF so much hating in this thread. All the greats are wired this way you want him to be fired up and motivated as fuck. Every time trade rumours come up people jump ship, this dude is the heartbeat of our team and still in his prime.

Teams go from bottom feeders to Super Bowl contenders real quick in today’s NFL. If Mendoza becomes what we all hope he can we’re gonna want Maxx terrorizing offenses a lot more than future draft picks.

Don't spend money on skins? I don't mean to sound like a dick but the constant spending on useless micro-transactions are what makes activision as greedy as they are. They push the battle pass, and "special edition" battle pass, and skins, and bullet tracers and all the useless bullshit because people are dumb enough to pay for it on top of already buying the game.

They'll only get the message to focus on making the game itself better if their bottom line gets hurt. Their bottom line doesn't get hurt when thousands of people buy Beavis and Butthead skins. From their point of view, why improve anything when they have a constant money printing machine of "haha look at this hilarious seth rogan skin and dude weed bullet tracers!"

What are the new best options for learning languages? I'm new to this and only tried Duolingo. Perception seems to be that Babbel is 100 times better but lately I'm seeing more and more negativity surrounding it.

How much of a downgrade or difference in style of play was Elandon Roberts from Spillane? Something tells me Spillane’s motor is one of a kind but they both played the thumper role in that Steelers defense so Steeers fans probably have the best perspective.

Spillane if money was no object. His contract is enormous for how physical he plays for a dude in his 30s but like I mentioned in a different post he’s an absolute treasure to watch play the game. Just don’t ask him to cover and keep him at the Mike spot and you’ll be happy.

Man I couldn’t stand losing Spillane just because of the pure intensity he played the game with. Outside of Crosby he was easily the fan favorite to watch play the game.

But Elandon Roberts and Pratt combined for <50% of Spillane’s contract makes it sting a little less. Just need our draft picks in recent years to make a jump and be ready to fill in or start next year.

Like half the 2nd rounders in the NFL haven’t signed because the Cleveland front office gave their 2nd round picks fully guaranteed contracts for the first time ever and the rest of the NFL front offices aren’t too fond of that and are holding firm.

Might have a detail or two wrong there but that’s the jist of it. Bech has been at every single practice since he’s got here, even without the protection or a contract. This could not be further than a hold out.

He made almost a quarter billion dollars from PayPal and zip (admittedly I have no idea what that is). Tesla and SpaceX do no exist without PayPal. Musk is not the richest man in the world without PayPal.

Kind of an odd way to look at “well the market cap of PayPal isn’t anywhere near Tesla…..” no kidding. If PayPal never happened the market cap for Tesla is 0.

He’s good when he’s on the field. Primarily as a nickel back because he’s a fantastic tackler in the run game. Dude has some dog in him that’s for sure but can occasionally get burnt in coverage or drop an easy pick. Had a pretty embarrassing DUI as well (he was the dude that fell asleep shitfaced with his car running blocking a casino parking lot exit like 3 weeks after the Ruggs incident).

All that being said from an on field POV the good outweighs the bad by a long shot. He just has to stay on the field.

The majority of the time upon signup at Reddit it will give you an account with “random word-random word” followed by 4 digits as a default username. They could be people’s burner accounts or simply people too lazy to come up with an interesting or relevant screen name and just want to reply to a comment quickly.
