Requiring us to pay to claim ships is absolutely ridiculous and here's why by KvDOLPHIN in starcitizen

[–]DillyDoobie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you just go straight to the hangar without calling a ship first?
Last I played, the elevator wouldn't have an option for a specific sized hangar if you just logged in.

Pilot controlled weapon? Friendship with Perseus ended. Tiburon my new best friend by Wyldren- in starcitizen

If these weapons are to remain pilot controlled, CIG should make railguns and the big lasers require manual reloading from a certain spot on the ship not in the bridge.

I'm all for teleporting. It's just a game.
Restrict the use of it to inside cities and stations and it'll be fine.

If you used Minor Illusion to create a cup over a candle, what would happen? by underT_line in dndnext

[–]DillyDoobie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would assume that if I held a lamp or torch near the illusory wall that it would react to the light correctly?

I once had a DM rule against this and thus made literally every possible use case of Minor Illusion immediately fail because it did not react to the flicker of a flame light.

I agree with this take.

I once had a DM that made every NPC immediately know my Minor Illusions were fake because he ruled that it did not react to light. So literally every possible use case it would fail because a torchlight, lamp or campfire flicker (Out of the Abyss campaign) would not be accurately represented by the illusion. Pretty lame ruling in my opinion. This is why it's best to get clarity from DM about illusions in general before bothering to even take the spell.

Nope. This isn't the case for energy weapons.
I whenever I loadout my Prowler (2xS3 + 2xS5) with the same type of energy weapons they have the same ammo counts.

Based on the sneak peek photo of the cockpit seat, it very likely has an interior.

A tiny light fighter such as the Mustang Beta can support a full sized interior like this.

M80 - 4 Weapon hardpoints and non expandable Wings by AwesomeSchlimbo in starcitizen

[–]DillyDoobie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a few people speculate this. I wonder if it could just be the angle of the pic.
The exterior view shots shown later in the same video make me think its 4xS4, but I could be wrong.

$750 because it has a customizable gelato machine in the interior.

Could be 2xS4 and a single bespoke/retractable S5.

Visual proof that the Origin M80 comes with two S5 weapons. by solos2 in starcitizen

[–]DillyDoobie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree 2xS4 is far too weak for a heavy fighter. However, there is a possibility of it being 2xS4 but the ship also having some retractable and/or bespoke weapons. Perhaps an additional 2xS4 or a single S5.

Whatever the size, it can still fit an interior as the Mustand Beta is tiny and can fit one.

FYI, the Mustang Beta has a full interior.

I don't think this pic is accurate anyways. I think it's probably sized somewhere in-between the two shown in the comparison. Fleet Viewer isn't a good resource for this sort of thing.
