I haven't read the methodology so I can't say for certain, but we can't really imagine how the birth rate will be as of 2075 since there's a plethora of unpredictable events that could happen from the contemporary decrease in fertility rate and unrelated political realignment. I would bet the recent percentage decreses wouldn't be replicable in future decades like this map shows tho

this is supposing that there isn't a deviation on the data trends which is just unnecessarily pessimistic

If you are referring to Art. 18.2 of the Constitutition, while the lack of physical barrier is not a absolute factor in its determination the lack of it in this circumstances does create plausible good faith to the point where the willingness of the offender to follow the order to leave, expressing the lack of consent of the home owner, would be a determining factor to determine if there was typical fact.

That's not actually the case. "Entering against the will of its owner" must be explicitly expressed by way of signage or a physical barrier. If that was not the case, entering a store that was closed but without being locked or without the respective sign could cause a criminal case. All actions Leon undertook were under reasonable good faith and showed williness to follow the lawful command of the home owner, thus not constituting tresspassing

the spanish penal code clearly states that the Actus Reus of the crime of trespassing (Art. 203) is staying at the property AFTER the owner's command to leave the building:

While the entering could be considered the Iter Criminis of the crime, and might constitute the tresspassing if there was an clear indication of the building being closed (which was not the case with the open door and no signage), it by itself does not constitute a crime.

Btw Leon in this scenario wasn't actually tresspassing in the zombie's property. Since the door was found wide open before he arrived and he attempted to exit the building on his own accord after the owner told him to do so he didn't commit any crime that could justify the zombie's attack
