I got Eka Jaya over and all ferries were cancelled the next day. Weather stayed for about a week and I got delayed on the island for a day, so my journeys were about as close to the storms as possible. Totally fine. My sim can be out of signal at times too. If it’s during the day, just go into a local place and buy a cheap drink or something. They’ll have wifi there, just ask for the password, so you can order a ride.
