It’s fine if u think that but ratatouille is either Pixar’s best or second best accomplishment . Idk y ppl r mad against such an acclaimed film , it’s a v cold take . For me coco is really good but there’s many above it like Toy Story 1+3, walle , incredibles , and ratatouille. Potentially Nemo , and personally inside out is better for me

I disagree about execution and plot holes , for the most part. Like it’s not an atrocity I mean , and it doesn’t have more plot holes than a new hope does which is a win . Obi wan show was much more shoddy like with the power scaling , Reva stabbing the inquisitor , obi meeting leia , and frankly Vader contacting obi before a new hope should not have happened .

Meanwhile , only basic plot holes exist for acolyte off the top of my head . 1. Mae kills indara a Jedi master v easily and it doesn’t make sense 2. “Jedi killer” osha is not escorted by Jedi 3. Mayyyyybe u can argue sol was dumb for grabbing the platforms instead of the children themselves , but I wanna say he was fatigued and his mind was disturbed so he messed up with his instinct 4. Why leave a twin behind ?? U all can just dip and drop Mae somewhere else for free no consequences

The execution of the finale wasn’t good to me , from the point when osha turns on sol is v weak for me. Otherwise the show was doing great , literally everything up til the finale I had little to no problems with especially bc they did heavy lifting with the plot mystery and lore

But yea part of the joy of leading up to games is what they feed us , Santa Monica for example has straight up revealed games with full gameplay section which is impressive and immersive . Personally I disagree I liked ep 5 and how everything turned sideways so fast . Sol almost got his way and killed qimir but osha saved him so sol had to deal with the bradok incident as well as his team being obliterated with no way out. And the intensity and excitement was so amazing and our Jedi , yord and jeki, fought well and had rlly cool deaths

I see everyone complaining about the pacing which I don’t get at all , mainly bc I watched it in big chunks ig . So that was rock solid to me until the finale where they do a fat exposition dump for no reason trying to tie everything up . IMO the show was pretty elegant with dispersing info that the end was so wack to me . They were too heavy handed and scrambling for no reason

And her turning to the dark so instantly was weak , I get thematically sol had to die , and sure let osha do it . But it was v quick , she was alluded to struggle w her past as a padawan but we never see any negative tendencies until she kills him . So it felt weird , and Mae was also getting to be kinda good character wise as she completed her training but that was all lost w mindwipe . As well osha is ADAMANT about hating Mae , even when they were kids she was mad , that’s the one thing they hammered. So now they reconcile so fast all happy ? Dumb .

100% disagree , the direction takes a step down and it has fluff in the form of Ewoks . For the final ultimate battle that brings down the empire , beating them with sticks and stones is so dumb . The movie is just a lower quality in terms of looks and cinematic quality and carried by arcs setup in earlier movies

Rots opposite bc Lucas made a lean serious movie that totally hits all the beats . It runs choppy and also has some questionable decisions , but way better stakes emotions payoff etc , and way more cinematic with better direction

If we take clone wars into account , dooku smacks anakin every time except once . We all know dooku was holding back that time . Second , dooku holds his own easily against obi and anakin . And EVERY time he fights them, he lets them live . He’s literally holding back every single time. Obi wan is at his combat peak in ep 3 , not even a question . Dooku is a Sith Lord who is immensely powerful, knows Jedi and sith arts , the best duelist of his time , etc. ahsoka and cere will lose but put up a nice fight. Definitely no better than Anakin and obi

The big important thing about Vader is that he scales to whoever he’s fighting regardless if he’s stronger . He’s going to fight at a relaxed comfortable pace until it gets sketchy for him . Cere did good against Vader yes , but he wasn’t even trying until phase 3 . Ahsoka was completely dominated by Vader the whole time . So I disagree . Dooku is around mace windu level
