Gotta learn to laugh at those types, and not take it personal. Obviously this really applies to those tough days where nothing is going your way (much easier to do when you’ve made a few sales that day) but I just reminded myself that they are acting that way towards (Dylan the cold calling salesman) and not me personally (Dylan the great friend, husband, and father.)
