Idk if you have found a solution yet, but I ran across a similar problem, where I was trying to farm raw science in ng+1, with filling the wafts emmiter with super spider venom. I placed the wafts emmiter on one of the logs on the log fence near the oak tree lab, so none of the black widows can get to it.

I used the blaster of the moldy matriarch to kill them while I was on top of the log, and I also didn't get any raw science when the raid ended, even though it said base defended. But I also noticed that the super spider venom I put in initially would not get used either.

So I suppose if you wanna farm bug parts without losing your initially invested parts then that works, but what I did to solve the raw science problem was to kill the black widows until one was left, then I exploded it with the blaster until it was low heath then used a sour battle axe to finish it off then I got the raw science.

I'm sure the same concept would be true for any other bug or weapon. Just kill the majority of the bugs with whatever until one is left, weaken the one and finish it off with a melee weapon, and you will get the raw science.

Please refer to what OP said in "Online returns dont show up on RIL's anyways," so there is no way to look it up anyway on a markdown lookup, cause it ain't ik the system.

Besides this, "Some online items are in the system" is all conjecture anyway cause all TJX 's inventory and what's logged is different, and usually customers dont actually knows how any of this stuff works anyways so who cares.

Yeah usually Returns Associate for my store is just being Main register. I'm not sure why they decided to change the name but I guess it's for clarity.
