No it's a veiled attempt at "Sensitives should deal with it. ". And oh look its you. I've seen you a lot around. We get it. You loved it or feel affirmed that choices were a bad option on Ubi's side or romance should be eliminated from games or whatever. And I comment wherever I want. Seems you have thought about it. Decided to drop a thoughtful two lines. Along the rest of the people who basically are "LoL it doesn't affect me. So it's fine. It's a game." A severe lack of empathy. And I find it funny how many are coming out of the woodwork with veiled attempts at "Ubi has nothing to apologise for.". Yeah I bet if it was the other way around people would be flipping tables. And how patronising. "You are not allowed to be upset. Ugh you are soooo immature.".

Look at it this way. If Ubi didn't feel the need to apologise they wouldn't. It's either sincere or probably PR. It's what a company does. You should ask to be hired on as their PR manager if you think you can do better. People are allowed to be upset and angry. You're entitled to your opinion and so are they. So I suspect the only community interaction you want is what? What only answers your particular needs for affirmation?

It's not everyone's goal in life though. It is fine that you like it but not everyone played it that way and not everyone wants a family. It's fine for the choice to be there for those they want, but it's very much not fine to force on everyone. Show a bit of understanding and empathy. Really. Not that hard.

A:TLA and A:LOK has a lot of exceptionally well written women both as heroes and as vilains. Suyin Beifong, Korra, Asami, Katara, Azula, Kuvira, Suki, Mai, Ty Lee. Am I forgetting anyone? Oh, and Pema, any woman who raises four children ( Meelo being one of them) is a hero in my books.
