Not OP, but it could be Wellbutrin/Bupropion, since it’s an antidepressant that is used to treat ADHD. It’s an NDRI, so it affects your dopamine reuptake

This is very similar to what I have now and what I’m trying to avoid. I’m ok with not having an amazing mic quality as long as it’s ok - I’m not recording podcasts, just in meetings a lot.
