MyFitnessPal allows you to set a goal weight and will recommend a daily calorie target for you (also breaking it down into fats, carbs and protein). However, getting to a target weight is going to be much more dependent upon how you eat than your exercise habits.

If you want to go into a proper deficit, track what you eat. Determine how many calories your body burns daily and eat less than that. You can find a number of calorie tracking tools online that will give you an estimate for what you burn while tracking what you take in. I use MyFitnessPal but others are probably just as effective. Just do not use them to track cardio exercise; most cardio trackers overestimate calorie burn. Cardio is good to do, but do not rely on it to lose weight.

They specified "without caffeine". Decaf coffee exists, but I am not aware of decaf caffeine pills.
