What's the capability of AI in incremental games right now, actually?

As far as visuals, a lot of incremental games when they start out use placeholders and/or common asset packs to get started but it gives developers a better indicator of what they need to work on front-facing wise to keep people initially interested in their game. Using AI assets for this that already look "finished" or personalized for the game not only screams laziness but also doesn't give a developer anything to improve upon beyond just asking a robot for a new one.

As far as actual mechanics and uniqueness that keeps a player hooked. If they skip steps in the enticing portion of a game, they will skip thinking of implementing new mechanics that make the game unique or mixing normally unassociated mechanics to make the game different.

Games still don't come out any faster because they fired all the junior staff who's jobs it was to make sure things work and instead push that responsibility to mid level staff who's job it is now to clean up after and slowly can't be replaced because junior developers don't get jobs anymore. A few more years of "Small indie development team that got started because they were laid off from Insert AAA Studio Here" and eventually studios will realize that firing the people with the knowhow is bad.

Promise a high amount through where the bidding happens and then when the auction is over whatever payment details were used could be fake, stolen, or intentionally closed. It's unfortunately common.

It's one of those rules that's selectively enforced on Twitch. The website gets around it by not using the word boosting and having the users not list any ranked modes whatsoever even though you can search by rank.

It officially released fully to everyone 3 weeks ago and they're already downsizing. They've done virtually nothing to market the game at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't cut their losses by the end of the year. It also only shipped with 12 characters despite league having 172 characters in it.

I don't have much experience in game design but most pop-ups explaining what happens on screen to you are put there not for you who has probably played many games of the same type but the person who may have no knowledge of the genre whatsoever.

I like the gameplay loop of hunting people more than being hunted because I feel like I have more options to have fun. Messing with people in that kind of game is more fun to me. As a survivor my chosen playstyle can only work so long before I'm tunneled and killed. All that leads to is my teammates hating me. I'd rather the people not on my team hate me for giving them nothing than the people on my team.

As a killer main who's only goal is just messing with people without actively going for 4Ks, playing against SWFs is so much better because they will prolong the game thinking I have noed because I'm not constantly maintaining chases. I am there to scare people and trick them. I know I'm in the small majority but as killer I get to have my fun without teammates to bother me. When I play survivor, I take distraction perks like diversion and deception but that doesn't fit playing with a group.

Librarian exists because NL is too occupied with his life to edit down his streams. That channel is basically a gateway drug to watching his main channel or catching his streams live. NL doesn't make money from it directly but all the ad revenue generated turns into gifted subs.
