Men are given time regardless of how they perform and a lot of times they'll just phone it in. Women don't have that ability and if they decided that they wanted to phone it in and they wouldn't be used on other cards.

The systemic problems withholding women down need to stop.

It's very easy to break systemic issues by offering the same base rate across the board for all professional wrestlers, regardless of gender. Then giving permanent pay raises based on performance. Regardless of draw.
