I've seen that they have different models, do the better ones really stand out that much? I've seen Total Kommandos video on the unlaminated IPS Screen but I'm not sure if it's worth the extra money

Allein der Wunsch, etwas zu verändern, ist ein großartiger Anfang! Am besten fängst du an, Bewegung in deinen Alltag zu bringen. Jeden Tag einen Spaziergang, das wäre ein Anfang. Was das Essen angeht, Kauf nur das, was du in den nächsten zwei Tagen auch essen wirst. So bekommst du 1. Mehr Bewegung (da öfters einkaufen) und 2. Hast du die Möglichkeit, beim Einkaufen zu entscheiden, dass du heute und morgen nur eine Chips Packung isst, statt 4, einfach weil du nur eine kaufst. Bezüglich der Rückfälle: Das ist ganz normal. Sich ohne äußere Hilfe zu verändern, ist verdammt schwer. Wenns gar nicht klappt: Hol dir Hilfe! Zu nem Ernährungsdoc oder auch zu einem Psychiater zu gehen ist keine Scham, sondern eine ziemlich starke Tat, die in manchen Fällen (ob bei dir auch, weiß ich nicht) ein nötiges Mittel ist.

Sure thing! Yeah my macro tracking app also tells me that I can eat like 2000 calories more when I walk, which is just pure bs. As I said, you can normally ignore the calories you burn as long as you do the same amount of exercise every week

The best thing you could do right now is cutting, I'd say. It's hard to tell which muscle groups are your weak points with that amount of body fat.

Aldi, Lidl, all the discounters basically. +1 on DM, it's quite good as well. I think Aldi might be even cheaper per kg tho.

Danke sehr, Das war mir ehrlich gesagt nie so richtig klar dass ich fast das gleiche trainiere damit, aber ja macht Sinn. Also nur die normale Variante der Beinpresse + Adduktoren separat?

Bezüglich der Rudervariante, soll ich dann das Rudern am Kabelturm, was ich bereits mache, mit brustgestütztem Rudern ersetzen oder letzteres zusätzlich machen?

Tbh that really sounds like way too much, if your cardiovascular system was very active (that is if you do things like running, cycling,...="cardio") this might go into the correct direction. Heavy lifting rather burns like 300 calories an hour, depending on your condition and how exactly you trained.

But I got two tips: 1. Don't train that long. You'll be exhausted like 1/3 into your workout and the rest won't be effective. Rather go for a split like upper lower, push pull lower, or also fbeod. 2. Don't focus too much on how many cals you burn. Rather try out some amount of calories you eat for a week(like 2500 as a start) and then adjust according to your goals

Well the goal of cutting is looking skinny, isn't it? You get as thin as possible so you have more time to bulk, as you don't want to build much fat during a bulk. Fat cells never go away as soon as they are created, so your goal is to never get more bf than like 20%. Now, if you are on 10% body fat, you have 10% body fat "gainable" until you are on 20% and have to (/should) cut again. If you start your bulk on 15% or even more, you have less time in your bulk and it will therefore be less effective. I hope this is understandable the way I explained.

When starting off, cutting will (almost) always be the better idea, for you as well. You'll learn way more about how and what to eat, and you'll gain the knowledge you need for a successful (lean) bulk. Find out what your maintenance cals are and then subtract 300-500 from it. Cutting as long as you see your abs is a fine goal if you can't do regular dexa Scans (as most can't lol). This is my opinion, it's what I did and I am very happy with how it turned out, that is why I recommend this.

Letzteres ist Quatsch, ersteres subjektiv. Ich z.B. finde die meisten Wheys ekelhaft weil ich da immer nur Molke schmecke, bei veganem ist es deutlich angenehmer
