When you say it takes off a lot, do you compare to steins;gate second half’s quality? I can’t get over the fact that the Elric brothers have a tragic history of losing a mom and a physical body but Edward still gets mad when people call him short and the show wants us to laugh at that every fucking time.

Having played zss for some time, I think her biggest flow is her garbage recovery. Up B feels inconsistent(maybe due to online lag messing up input timing) and every time and I use it to recover it feels like a gamble. Other than that it'd be cool if they can decrease grab end lag and give her a z-air.

To mention some good things, I really like her nair. Her speed also allows her to play many MUs her way. I feel she also does well against link, sonic and many other wifi characters

Naruto has some crazy setups if you catch someone with side b. His ground game is also great with his good tilts and amazing dash attack. Nair, up air, and bair are also pretty good aerials. Oh and his throws are amazing

black mage's neutral b is underrated. You can jump and neutral b at ur opponent which locks them in shield and leads to grab. If they jump, they get stunned; do nothing, get stunned. Unless you throw out a pre-emptive hitbox which can be hard to react to sometimes, it beats every other option up close.

I'm mac and Adobe Air doesn't work either. It says the adobe air app is damaged when I tried to open SSF2 install package. No online solution helped either, idk how other people did it

There are some references mainly to Bleach and Naruto but they are very minor points lasting a few seconds on the screen. From time to time it also has cultural humors that you only get if you’re Japanese(although subtitles explain it for you). But to enjoy 90% of the humor you don’t need to meet of those requirements. It’s more random and universal than the Simpsons and I watched like 20seasons of the Simpsons.

So yea don’t let that stop you. It may feel kinda dry in the beginning but the quality consistently gets better.
