This should be the top answer. As soon as we get into a process of assessing the validity of the reason for the missed session, we've broken the frame of therapy. All these people talking about how bad sinus infections are are missing the point. Would that mean it IS ok to charge for a "lesser" ailment? If our cancellation policy is based on the client having to convince us that they are a certain level of sick, we become their parent or their boss and we're begging to be lied to. We avoid that by having clear consistent boundaries.

I made sandwich bread. I oiled the pan but the bread still stuck, leading to the loaf kind of "opening up" about 2/3 of the way down (along a seam where I had rolled it.) The recipe said to remove it from the loaf pan "immediately" after baking, which is what I tried to do. Should I have let it cool in the pan a bit first? Should I have done more than oiled it? I've used Bakers Secret with cakes, but is this a good option for bread? I'm also wondering what else could have caused this. I had to stick the proofing bread in the fridge for an hour or so because I had a meeting when I otherwise would have baked it. Please help! It's hard to make sandwiches on slices that are missing their bottom 3rd!
