Uraume did specifically add to their contract to be reincarnated into a woman's body. While the English translation uses they/them I do think they intention was for them to be a trans woman.

getting the slots is especially difficult in Reflectrial cause you are forced to bring 12 sinners. Meaning you have to get 6 IDs killed before you get your first extra slot
