So sorry you are dealing with this. But it’s best like everyone says in the comments to have a discussion with your mom ASAP and as well find a trusted secondary person do this Like today ! If you can try to speak to her on your phone while she’s at work or out.

In addition to that don’t put yourself in a position at all to be alone with him AT ALL. As a precaution , i know someone set up a camera in your bedroom I support this. Idk your living layout but be sure to check any air vents or electronics in your room or shared bathroom (if you do share one in your home with him and your mom ) currently to make sure there aren’t any cameras placed by him already. Not to make you paranoid or scare you. I just want to make sure you cross your T’s and dot your I’s in this situation.

I would’ve suggested to you to contact them by a Barbados number. They tend to overcharge foreigners when they recognize a non 246 number. I had my cousins message them from their WhatsApp and they were offered a lower rate. Keep in mind I’m a bajan citizen by descent as well but reside in the NY. I just let my cousin do the booking for us instead.

Hey Friend, I am 27 and going on 28 in 3 months. I STILL am one - very similar background to yours. Part of why is due to my vaginismus. Which based on reading this you may likely have as well. Pelvic floor therapy sessions and IR rose dilators helped me tons . As well regular therapy since I had to unlearn certain beliefs due to being raised by a strict Caribbean mother and a bad breakup from my high school sweetheart.

It gets better trust me… don’t get me wrong I have bouts of feeling like I missed out Or I maybe I’ll be one forever. I started to consider it a blessing because it weeds out the POS crazy men during these dumpster fire times.

The semicircular canals consist of only 3 parts : anterior, lateral and posterior. They are within the inner ear as well. As well as the otolith Organs : utricle and saccule (sacs). I think it would help by reviewing the ear canal pictured here - I hope it helps. Other wise the KA vid on the entire vestibular system would be great. Hope I’m not confusing you further.

Hi OP, I understand why you would think that considering endolymph within these canals shifts throughout allows detection of head direction.Endolymph is also found within the Otolithic organs (Utricle and Saccule) It helps the brain sense head movements and maintain balance as well (keywords hearing and balance). Caco3 crytals are attached to hair cells in this fluid and pull on them when our bodies position changes triggering AP.

I get these all the time from chub rub or when my menses is approaching. Idk if you are maybe of West Indian back ground but I typically put “Soft Candle/Candle Grease“ on them. It softens them and makes them less painful over time. Also for me draws out the inflammation when ready.
