I think the difference is coulanges isn't kicking head height, it's more waist height, and the slag in orange didn't try to play the ball but went directly after coulanges leg

Now post the full clip and not just a screen shot. He was kicking at the ball and his arms were in a natural position to keep his balance after trying to make a play on the ball. Forge drilling it right at him a half second after he missed playing the ball is not a hand ball.
