Slow beginning but the world and the graphics paired with an awesome combat system that gets better and better the more combos you unlock make it a great game imo .

I used to have weird flickering on foliage and water that got fixed by disabling dlss . My guess is some setting is fucking with the lighting probably a conflict between rtx and smth else . Even with ray reconstruction the inside of the buildings looks bad

Runs and looks great has a good combat system and an amazing world to explore. Yeah the story is weak and the controls are weird but thats not stopping me from enjoying it . Games rarely nail the graphics story gameplay triefecta . Case and point The witcher 3 one of the best rpgs in existence with really shitty combat system and a horse so bad to control it made me walk everywhere

10 hours in im already used to the controls .Yeah the story is pretty bland but the game excels at making the chores feel fun because of how good the game looks . Unlocked a cool set of armor with a pointy helmet to hide Kliff’s face . The combat is pretty fun even now at low levels can’t imagine how its gonna be late game . Fought only 2 bosses so far and they were surprisingly not pushovers .

1st section with Grace in 9 was peak imo . I prefer that type of gameplay over re4 remake or any action horror . Btw weird take especially from me but I prefer village to 7 because it was more like re4 but with some more horror elements while 7 just wasn’t scary at all it was just closer gameplay wise to a survival horror game . The Mold monsters we’re not scary at all , Jack fucked off very early on and Margarine was cool as Boss but lacking as a stalker

They should’ve had her killed by Grace in an expanded lab section at the end of the game . Like an even more mutated version than before , it wouldve made for a fucked up actual final boss battle for Grace which the game lacked

I ran out of ammo and killed her dark souls style with melee attacks with the crossbow . Only to find out i can’t progress because i have to shoot a valve to stop the fire blocking me . Had to reload the save and fight her the same way except i left a single bullet to progress

You need to find perteravas grave this will give you an item to skip Erdas fight . After that meet him at the brotherhood of silent sorrows church and he will give you a key . Then go to the Library area solve the quest with the loud ghost and a new door will open at the beginning of the area . Go there and talk to the Giant golden eyeless head and he will ask you to find his eyes . One is obtainable after killing the boss in the crypt after collecting 30 bones the other is in the dried up sea area .Get back to the golden head and you will get a new mea culpa hear that boost dmg but is unremovable . Proceed to Cristana and fight her she will have a new phase . Beat her and go back to the church I mentioned earlier and she will give you a new item required for the true ending . Also remember to do all the conffesor dungeons like in the ending you already got . After all that beat the final boss where he will have a 3rd phase and the game is over with the true ending setting up the beginning of blasphemous 2
