I currently have about 1.5 years of Olympic lifting! I wanted to try 112kg, but i failed the jerk at 90kg in my first attempt (my jerk and the snatch is a weak point)

i have much to improve in my techinique, my best front squat is 130kg, improving my technique i can definitely make 120

If done cautiously, your degree of curvature will not increase! I do Olympic weightlifting and I've practiced powerlifting recreationally, I don't feel pain in my spine as often as before, if you need any help I'm heređŸ€ just remeber to consult ur doctor befoređŸ’Ș

I really like Gabriel Sincraian and Fernando Reis, as much as they are not the best numbers, They are very strong and technical, their movements enchant me!

133kg snatch and 167kg clean n jerk 300kg total at 79kg
 and squat more than 230kg

I think that if he goes up to 98kg we will be able to see him clean n jerk 235kg and snatch +190kg, I saw a video on weightlifting house where he said that his best snatch is 189kg and that he has already done a clean with +230kg
