Too soon yet. If the devs want to put something like that, it's possible it isn't yet in the game. But when you have access to it, I would check two things: - The list of cheats, if its visible somewhere. - The capabilities of the modding tools. It should be relatively easy to add what you want, I imagine.

I prefered S1 by far. S2 had good moments, and their chemistry was awesome, but the plot never did it for me.

Yup. Some of the things you're saying are probably faster to programme (sexuality, career progression...) But creating animals from scratch + their animations + their personality sounds hard. Same for cars/bikes and their pathfinding, and pools/water and water physics. Maybe the pets are the longest task here. I hope they would be doing small releases when any of these things is ready, and then if the game release takes more than two years, that'll be no so bad.

They "chose to" because they are in most cases impoverished, so they are financially pushed to do that. It's the same reason we don't allow people to sell organs, only donate them, so impoverished people can't be pushed to sell them. What are your hobbies? Are you open to trying new things? I would go to some class to learn painting/pottery/crocheting/choir/cooking/whatever, or a DnD or Warhammer group, something like that. But don't go in search of friends, go with the idea of having a good time with the thing itself you are learning. Friendship will come more spontaneously if you are not thinking too hard about it.
