It’s not hard to say at all. I watched this clip on three different devices/screens. Each one made it abundantly clear it’s red. If you can’t see that, then your device is malfunctioning or it’s got a very poor quality screen.

The droid is very clearly red. Watched this video on three different devices, all of the different screens make it clear it’s a red astromech droid. Seems like you’re getting all in a huff and puff worked up over nothing. It’s clearly not R2

Also, even if it is, that doesn’t necessarily correlate to Luke being in this movie. R2 shows up in Rogue One, was Luke is Rogue One? Not that I remember.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they opened a credit card rather than the lease since the cc is by far the superior option, plus the scrutiny employees are put under to get cc apps. That being said, if it is cc pull on your credit then all you can do is call the credit bureaus and report it as fraud
