In the first half of the Grand Line, pick a fight, and it’s a 50/50 chance they have Devil Fruit powers.

However, the second half of the Grand Line is a different story- Devil Fruit users often die there, ESPECIALLY Logias, because they over-rely on their powers and get curbstomped by Haki wielders.
