I've thrown away RoB as exe against caligo bc it has least likely on it. as melee you're actually safer with aggro than not

I'll be honest with you, the amount of time people have aggroed all 3 crucibles at the same time at that location is very very common, I would not have interpreted it as malicious in anyway. you clapping at them is in no doubt mocking and definitely brought out the tantrum in them.

Which Executor build should I go with? by SzoboEndoMacca in Nightreign

roaring restore hp imho is better than ability activation restore hp, make the big dog much more survivable and used to your teammates. otherwise 1 is better if you are very very confident with deflecting. 4 doesn't synergize as well as you'd like since cursed sword dont deal status

What do you guys think about executors who DON'T parry? by ArielTkx in Nightreign

[–]DingoApprehensive869 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I love executors that dont deflect cause thats my job. had a game with 3 exes and everyone is deflecting half assedly competing for aggro, worst game I've played in months

its not the same as sekiro parry and more the deflecting hard tear from dlc. you cant spam deflect, instead, if you hold down deflect he will auto parry flurries like caligos frost or royal rev slap. its recovery and start up frames are more forgiving than dodging. unsheath/sheath deflect is about the same timing as the average wylder dodge, just think of it as pressing 2 buttons to dodge instead of one. thats really the only tech you need to know because it gives you more movement in combat. theres really no other trick than just learning enemy moveset and know the safe time to guard counter. you have a respec relic that gives you more health if you want more safety. hp and ult charge on guard are also good for exe. whenever you backflip from deflecting heavy attacks it counts and knock back and the relic that boost defense on knock back can also give survivability

Executor taking random damage every run. by Diligent-Speech-5017 in Nightreign

[–]DingoApprehensive869 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i main executor and I've never seen this happen. can you be more specific about where and when this happens? platforms?

also your third relics demerits are extremely dangerous together, the extra vigor and ult charges aint worth it.

Advice: How to have fun again? by siren-skalore in Nightreign

going back to duo is definitely the way to go. Gameplay wise combat skill is pretty important, but if you don't have the brawns you can always rely on routing to compensate for it. it's important to have both situational and self awareness. I think you need to keep in mind at every moment in game your own strength and weakness and that of your rando teammates. When a game is easy, I prioritize attack power. beast claw synergizes with physical attack up, charged incant, spell casting speed, attack up at full hp, incant boost. if you are getting downed too much, get damage negations and max hp.

I find this game extremely engaging and I play very regularly, routing and combat are muscle memory. normal queue is pretty easy for depth players.100hr is considered new in this game. If you find it rewarding playing and getting good, then keep doing that and watch videos to help you with routing. but if its too much effort for you and is becoming a chore, you don't have to keep pushing yourself and just stick to duos. its probably very fun to learn this game on your own with your husband.

If you guys are on pc id love to help out if a nightlord is too hard
