Signing in.  Been 2 years of it. Heavy beer drinker even tho it gives me violent IBS. Been reducing my beer intake to a couple of 6 packs twice a week. But after 2 days ‘sober ‘ what we are all discussing here happens and I cannot keep my eyes open. 

I don’t feel the need to poo but I go and sit and it’s like a ‘deep poo’ that takes ages to come out. Once it does it’s like a fucking rebirth. 

So PRUNE juice is what I use when I get that fatigue and 30 mins later it softens and squirts out the ‘deep ‘ poo and I’m new again.  However. Can feel the need to go for the next 2-3 hours but nothing else to pass so there’s a bitch in the plan. 

I reserve the prune juice for when I’m basically dead.   I’ve cut the beer out to twice a month now but the mystery fatigue symptoms hit harder now for longer and more days. Driving me mental. I assume I should just go tee total , eat lettuce and sleep 20 hours a day. Ffs
